LIVING AND DINING
The Cortland’s expansive, open-plan living and dining areas feature warm wood flooring in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that invite residents to enjoy stunning views of the Hudson River and the inspiring city skyline. Accent cabinets are finished in hand-brushed artisanal Italian metallic lacquer, a reflection of the high-quality craftsmanship throughout the building. The Statuario Belgia marble is imported from Carrara, Italy, making the materiality of these kitchens truly spectacular. A custom Olson Kundig Jack Box for storage area has been integrated into the corner of the island, creating convenient additional space to store favorite entertaining items.
Residents enjoy private terraces that are perfect for entertaining on a summer night, as well as Juliet balconies with epic views of the Hudson River and the city.
In select primary bedrooms, exquisite marble fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows create the perfect ambiance for starting and finishing the day.
Primary bathrooms are lined with specialized marbles from the Henraux Quarry, one of the oldest quarries in Italy. Primary bathrooms feature large freestanding tubs, rain head showers and radiant floor heating. Illuminated medicine cabinets provide additional storage. Secondary bathrooms are dressed in smooth, large format Ash Gray stone, beautifully complemented by wood casework with integrated finger pulls for drawer access.
